As a clinical psychologist, I work with adults in individual psychotherapy. My style is warm and interactive and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected and challenged. I believe that all people have great potential for growth and change; I trust in the process of psychotherapy as an effective way to facilitate that change. My work focuses on both symptom relief and facilitating insight, recognizing that no two people are alike. I work with clients on issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions, fears, phobias, gender/sexual identity and general life stressors.
