Perhaps you feel like you are stuck at a crossroads wondering how you ended up here and, more importantly, where do you go now? Sometimes feeling stuck looks like struggling with mood issues like anxiety or depression, or past pain continues to weigh on you and you find yourself wondering why you can't just "get over it." Maybe it's relational issues. Moments like these invite you to wrestle with where you've been, who you are, who you want to become, and where you want to go. By offering compassion and an outside perspective, I can help you connect confusing parts of your story and wrestle through the pain to find hope. I am also certified in EMDR and use that to help move to a place of healing.
