My hope is to bring compassion and curiosity into our work, and together, co-create a space that feels authentic, transparent, and just safe enough to explore past experiences of pain and trauma. When we gain insight into how our past influences our present, we open up our capacity for choice and step into new ways of being that align with our values. I am also a native Spanish speaker and offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
