I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, challenging family dynamics, life transitions, work/life imbalance, coping with neurodivergence in a neurotypical world, and dating/relationship stressors. Together we will dedicate time and space to addressing the challenges you’re facing, and look at how they affect your ability to live the life you want to live. I have worked with adults of all ages - college students to seniors - and enjoy working with people throughout the lifespan. These are challenging and scary times for many. It is important for me to note that I am LGBTQIA+ allied.
