Therapy can help you sort through your feelings and options which will allow you to move forward with confidence as you face life's challenges. I work with teens-adults, couples and families dealing with challenging life issues from relationship stresses, family turmoil, grief and loss, sexual identity, substance abuse, anxiety and depression. I have worked in multiple settings including inpatient hospitals, detox and dual diagnosis facilities, outpatient and school systems.
