It is my belief, and part of my therapeutic approach, that each of us has the power to overcome our difficulties and become the best versions of ourselves. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to reach their potential. I work with individuals, families, and children who are experiencing various struggles including: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational problems, and distress related to past trauma.
