Glimmer- verb shine faintly with a wavering light. It is my most sincere belief that everyone deserves to live a life they enjoy living. And it is my belief that the ability to indulge in this is already inside you. As your therapist I am here to simply help you uncover and source what is already there. I invite you to become curious about yourself in the safe container of our sessions so that you can cultivate self-compassion in this process. I draw from my education, training and personal experiences in my work with clients. My approach is based on the idea that healing is a relational process: In sessions, we will co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I am EMDR therapy trained and with that in addition to polyvagal and somatic informed tools I will help you along your path of self-discovery.
