Hi, I’m Cristina (she/her/ella), and I'm a bilingual, Latina therapist who understands the healing power of a healthy therapeutic relationship. My overall goal with each client is to provide a safe environment for them to come as they are, and to show them that they are not alone in any challenge they are facing. I enjoy working with teens and adults to help them understand how our past experiences and those of our ancestors can influence our current functioning and may present itself as other mental health concerns. It is my firm belief that our situations do not define us, and it is never too late to rewrite the story of our life.
