I’m a bilingual therapist that offers services in both English and Spanish. I believe in transformation and strive to ensure therapy is comfortable and relatable so that my clients can thrive in an environment where they feel safe, heard, and seen. In a collaborative process, I help my clients move toward self-discovery, healing, and growth. I can help with issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, and life transitions. I work with adolescents and adults individually, as well as couples and families.
