Do you ever feel that you are not looked at as a whole person? That your story and your experiences are dismissed? As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I acknowledge you, your story, and the problems you face. I believe that everyone has daily life stressors and through processing, learning coping skills, these stressors can feel less intense. I provide services to those struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, grief, and borderline personality disorder. I enjoy working with individuals, including children, adults, and seniors, minorities, Spanish speakers, and those within the low-socioeconomic status.
