I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients ages 0-65 years old with parenting issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I've enjoyed working with children, adolescence ages 0-19. Also, older adults who are struggling with life choices, past experiences and family dynamics. I am comfortable to treat individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression and anger management.
