My practice is dedicated to all Brown and Black Gen Z, Millennial, and Gen Xers trying to figure out who they are and what makes them happy in these consistently unprecedented times we are living in. Maybe you need a space to make sense of all the confusing, heavy things we face each day. Maybe you're struggling with relationships that've gotten more difficult as you learn more about yourself, your identities, or your roles in life. Maybe you're just battling the urge to doomscroll and rot in bed - or the opposite, you don't know how to slow down and find yourself constantly trying to overachieve! Sound like you?
