I am currently accepting new clients! I believe in meeting my clients where they are in their journey, and providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing. I am trained in CBT and DBT and my goal is to empower my clients to discover their strengths and build resilience. I have experience working with adolescents and young adults as well as in anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-esteem and body positivity.
