There is hope! Maybe you are dealing with a new problem, or you have been struggling with something for a while. Bottom line: We all face challenges, but you don't have to face it alone. Some people come to therapy because they are dealing with a problem. Others come to therapy for personal enhancement. Taking time to care for your mental/emotional health is very important and valuable. It is also important to know that your mental health therapist is helping you to change your thinking and behaviors in a way that aligns with your values. My Christian faith is foundational to every aspect of my life. My life's motto is "Love God and Love People." One way that I try to help others is through my work as a licensed, clinical psychologist. I conceptualize mental health problems by considering the physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects of one's life.
