Hello and thank you for stopping by! My name is Crystal West, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have worked with diverse populations across the lifespan and have yet to pick a favorite. I believe that we all develop coping skills based on our life experiences, but for many of us, those skills no longer serve a purpose or may begin to negatively impact our well-being. (i.e., A bullied child may learn to avoid social situations and as an adult, struggles at work or to develop healthy relationships.)
