I bring over 23 years of experience as a mental health professional, deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve balance and well-being. My journey began with earning my undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and my graduate degree in School Counseling from Indiana University. I further enhanced my expertise at Butler University, where I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, drawing on my extensive background in school counseling to provide support and guidance.
