I offer a gentle approach to building a therapeutic relationship through compassion, patience, and a comfortable, non-judgmental space. I guide my clients toward understanding anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms and navigating through life transitions and trauma processing/healing. I use my experience and trauma-informed techniques, including EMDR to gather an understanding of each client's unique history and therapy goals.
