I'm a 36 year old queer, non-binary, late diagnosed Autistic person committed to social justice and empowering individuals in at-risk communities as they continue on their healing journey. I'm passionate about working with diverse queer and gender identities, Autistic people, and estranged adult children. I have experience supporting individuals struggling with grief, attachment, OCD, CPTSD, political trauma, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. My work centers around helping clients build self-awareness so they can heal, grow, set meaningful goals, and move toward self-actualization. I'm currently accepting new clients and am EMDR Certified.
