I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking both understanding and real change, not just a place to talk, but a space to feel supported, safe, and empowered to grow. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up as you are and feel respected, heard, and valued. My counseling style is empathetic, person-centered, and collaborative. I use Socratic questioning to help clients explore patterns and beliefs, while also being solution-focused and practical.
