Sometimes the path in life is confusing or even a bit of a struggle. When it seems like the road is up hill, I am here for you. I work with clients from all ages and walks of life on the path to living again after trauma and I have worked clients who were having trouble finding their paths. I have weekday evening and Saturday hours for the convenience of the clients I serve. I would like to help your light shine on the path to your story. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced traumas, such as abuse survivors, military, & first responders. I practice a humanistic-Rogerian style of therapy, often utilizing art & other creative skills. I teach coping methods that fit the client's life to help overcome the effects of the trauma experience.
