If you're reading this, SOMETHING is not working in your life. Therapy can help! We-you and I-- work to help you identify the motivations, feelings and behaviors that might be undermining your efforts to have a satisfying life. Your past can offer context/insight for the present, but we will mainly focus on the "now" with an eye towards the future. I use psycho-dynamic, CBT and the Couple's Developmental Model to help individuals and couples develop more agency and self-awareness to bring about the changes that they want in their lives.
