At Ellie Mental Health, I provide therapy for adolescents, parents, and adult women navigating anxiety, burnout, body image concerns, and major life transitions. My work often supports young people in high-pressure environments such as dance, cheer, gymnastics, sports, and academically demanding settings, as well as parents who feel overwhelmed trying to support their child.
