I understand how hard the process of finding the right person to confide in may be. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with where you are at in life and working together to achieve personal goals. Therapy works best in an environment of openness and trust. Therefore, finding the right therapist to confide is important and I welcome any questions that will make this process comfortable. I have worked with a variety of populations and settings. I have worked in the community, homeless shelters, corrections, substance abuse treatment facilities and now private practice.
