Life has a way of throwing us off course; new roles, shifting relationships, or the slow, frustrating process of figuring out who we really are. If you’re feeling stuck in that in-between space, I offer room to slow down, reflect, and get honest with yourself first and foremost. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning and accepting who you are BEFORE you try to change. I bring compassion and curiosity to the work we do together; but also a commitment to accountability, because growth doesn't happen without a little challenge. I specialize in working with young adults, women, and folks with marginalized identities. I work to address anxiety, depression, trauma, body image issues, identity development issues, and life transitions using strategies from ACT, DBT, CBT, and EMDR, tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience.
