After years of work in both inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings, I realized there are so many people who are finding waitlists on the day that they are reaching out to connect to a therapist so I decided to take on a small practice for folks that are wanting telehealth based supports, who feel ready to explore options of healing and growth. I was trained in eclectic approach interventions and have focused on modalities of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused and look forward to supporting people with decreasing symptoms while increasing skills.
