I have been described as helping sessions not feel as clinical or uncomfortable. We take a humorous approach to counter the negative thoughts that can keep us limited in our lives. We also work to identify actionable steps based on your specific concerns that can help heave to a more satisfying life. Groups that see the most positive outcomes from working with me; those within the LGBTQ+ community, those that see the world through a neurodivergent lens, those struggling with anxiety, social interactions, Autistic traits, and individuals who are looking for a better understanding of themselves.
