I work with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted—often functioning well on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, trauma, relationship pain, or life transitions. Therapy with me is a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, feel safe, and talk honestly about what’s really going on. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and collaborative. For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian faith and spirituality in a respectful, clinically sound way. For others, therapy remains fully evidence-based. You set the pace.
