If you are a mom going through the depths of postpartum anxiety or depression, a trauma survivor trying to pick up the pieces, you’re not alone. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years experience counseling and have worked for the past 3 years specializing in trauma with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have a special heart for helping others navigate trauma, working with abuse survivors, and helping perinatal and postpartum moms navigate a seemingly endless season of changes.
