I work with adolescent and adults with mood disorders, like depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, etc. I also work with those who have experienced trauma and are experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I help clients by utilizing a person centered approach and incorporating a variety of treatment modalities based on each clients needs. I have often been described, both personally and professionally, as someone who is easy to talk with. My initial goal with all clients is to develop our therapeutic rapport. That means that I get to know the client and the client is able to develop trust in the therapeutic relationship.
