Hello! My name is Crystal Elapumkal (she/her/hers). I began my career in Phoenix, Arizona soon after graduating and took a huge leap of faith in 2020 and moved to the amazing city of Chicago where I have continued my career as a bilingual Spanish-speaking counselor. I have a background in social work, where I worked primarily in child protective services, foster care, and adoptions. I also received my Crisis Intervention and Victimology Certifications in 2013, which allowed me the opportunity to work alongside law enforcement in the victim services department in Tucson, Arizona.
