Greetings! I am Crystal (she/her), I earned my master's degree in social work from GVSU in 2020. I am a limited licensed social worker (LLMSW) and Certified Peer Recovery Mentor (CPRM) with the state of Michigan. I have experience working with women within a variety of settings including community based, behavioral health and residential substance use treatment settings. My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. I believe that you are the expert in your experiences. I have extensive training and expertise in a variety of evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Lies That Bind Cognitive Restructuring (LTB), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Trauma.
