With over a decade experience with working in counseling, I have the skills needed to address concerns ranging from depression and anxiety, family concerns, weight loss with a focus on coping skills and addictive traits, to marital problems from connection to affair recovery. I am dedicated to working with clients to maximize change and increase overall life satisfaction using a short-term mindset. I believe that everyone has hurdles in life, but we all possess the potential for fulfillment and happiness. I attended Louisiana Tech University for my undergraduate degree, and fell in love with Northeast Louisiana, choosing to stay and raise my family here in the Delta. I am a Board Approved Supervisor with the Louisiana LPC Board.
