Hello and welcome to my bio. I am so glad you are here! Sometimes the hardest part is reaching out for support and getting the ball rolling - once we start, it should all be downhill! My counseling methods are tailored to individual needs, but I have proven success with solution-focused approaches of talk therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI). I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I do so with transparency and questions of self-reflection.
