Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, or major life changes take hold. As your therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and experience therapy most positively and effectively. We will work together to help you to build the skills, confidence, clarity, and balance in your life with what you learn from therapy to reach your goals. I work exclusively with adults (18+), including individuals and couples. Many of my clients come to me for help with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting clients as they strengthen self-esteem, develop healthier relationships, and explore identity.
