Trusting your therapist is key to healing therapy. Building a strong, trusting, and supportive relationship with clients, creates the foundation for a successful intervention. I have experience with various presenting issues such as: infertility, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and adolescent issues. I work with couples through Prepare Enrich and Couples Communication. I am also EMDR certified, which helps to provide a trauma based therapy. I am passionate about learning of a client's story and providing the necessary tools, skills, and education to help the client overcome their struggles. I seek to help clients improve their quality of life.
