You’re doing all the things, and still feel like it’s not enough. Whether it’s school, relationships, work, or family—life feels overwhelming and you're constantly running on empty. Maybe you’ve been labeled “the strong one,” but inside, you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities. I work primarily with college-aged women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship struggles, and the weight of major life transitions. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this by yourself. I’m especially passionate about supporting Asian American women who are beginning to question the cultural messages they’ve internalized about success, emotional suppression, and hyper-independence- often as a way to survive in environments that didn’t always feel safe. I integrate CBT, DBT, and a humanistic approach to tailor therapy to your needs.
