Hi! My name is Crystal and I have several years of experience working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have experience with adults who have experienced trauma, and struggled with addiction. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
