I am here to support men and women ages 14 and up who are seeking to overcome anxiety, depression, and maladaptive habits. If you are tired of constantly feeling like you're sitting in the passenger's seat of your own life, let's work together to understand the "why" behind unhealthy or maladaptive habits, create awareness and understanding of who you are, and build confidence to get you back into the driver's seat.
