My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in the transformative power of therapy itself. I have personally experienced its life-changing impact, and witnessed its profound positive effects on my family and friends. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without it, and I find that as I help others heal, I also continue to grow and heal myself. As a counselor, the three words that best describe me are Charismatic, Authentic, and Affable. I'm particularly passionate about couples counseling, and it's where much of my focus lies. I use a blended approaches to help partners navigate complexities and improve communication.
