At Crystal River Counseling, I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I assist you within putting a plan in place to help you move forward, and I love to celebrate your success along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with easily accessible virtual appointments, to suit your schedule needs. Helping people live a better life is my passion. Learning boundary setting, working through loss, expression of emotions, life transition, and changing patterns of behavior keeping you stuck is what you can expect from therapy. I love the saying, "At the end of the day, the questions we ask of ourselves determine the type of people that we will become." I strive with a person-centered approach to first listen to what the needs and goals are, then work to meet each individual where they are in life. My techniques are individualized for each unique person that I am working with.
