About

I am a Clinical Mental Health counselor at South Shore Psychological Care. I earned my B.A. in Fine Art and a minor in Psychology from S.U.N.Y Plattsburgh. I have spent the last ten years aiding military families by using my training in psychology throughout Europe and America. This inspired me to continue my education and complete my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Missouri. I utilize Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Family Systems Approach to help my clients become best versions of them.
