I believe that change happens through relationship. I acknowledge the bravery it takes to seek out a clinician and hope to honor your voice. I use a strength-based approach to foster collaborative relationships with my clients.I will work collaboratively with you to explore your goals through an intersectional lens. My style is holistic and informed by an integrative approach to therapy applying Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered theories.
