Hi! My name is Crystal Sarbuland. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist who is experienced in multi/dual cultural challenges, life transitions, faith counseling, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I help you explore your thinking patterns in order to identify, challenge and reframe them in order to improve and/or challenge your view of yourself, the world around you and others. I often use a multi-modal approach in order to use every tool available that has the potential to benefit my clients.
