I'm so glad you're here! I am a Massachusetts-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in alcohol and substance abuse. I have 5 years of experience supporting individuals and families with a wide range of diagnosis'. Prior to entering the mental health field, I was an Apache Mechanic in the Army for over 4 years. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I blend evidence-based techniques with a touch of humor to help you navigate challenges and find personal growth.
