Hi, my name is Crystal Taylor, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who approaches therapy (both individual and couples) with warmth, empathy, and hope. I believe the therapeutic journey is collaborative and I am here to provide a safe space. I use Schema Therapy which is a blend of CBT, attachment, and psychodynamics-looking into how our childhood has affected us as adults. I am also Gottman-trained for those seeking couple's therapy. I am also flexible in various other approaches including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems. I am also EMDR trained.
