I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am remote, and I work with children to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship stress. My Foster Care experience strengthened my passion for supporting individuals from difficult family environments. I also provide clinician support for therapists, and crisis-focused counseling and intensive sessions for clients needing immediate, structured care. I appreciate differences in people, and I strive to provide a safe space where healing can begin.
