Life can feel overwhelming when the strategies that once worked stop being enough. In our journey together, adults and couples rebuild emotional safety, deepen connection, and rediscover identity after difficult seasons of anxiety, trauma, or loss. This work is grounded in attachment and the mind-body connection, supporting nervous system regulation as a foundation for lasting healing and a platform for launching new emotional growth. I enjoy working with anxiety, trauma, OCD, shame, grief, abuse recovery, personality disorders, chronic pain, religious trauma, and relationship or co-parenting challenges. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, completed Gottman Level I & II training, and have training and experience in grief/traumatic loss, OCD, chronic pain, and trauma treatment. I have facilitated family groups for grief and led workshops on topics such as parenting, blended families, setting boundaries, & emotional enrichment in the later years.
