My name is Culten Arroyo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. I enjoy working with adults of all ages, especially young adults. I specialize in assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, stress management, alcohol/substance abuse, and life transitions. My Approach to Therapy varies based on the needs and preferences of each individual I work with. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
