Hello! Therapy can sometimes feel like an awkward icebreaker, the where do I begin, the what do I share, yet below the surface there is so much - a rich tapestry of what has happened, is present, and is to come. My intention as a therapist is to create a safe and collaborative space for clients to explore these facets of themselves. I invite you to reach out if you experience anxiety, grief and loss, difficulties with perfectionism, are wanting more support around a life transitions, or are experiencing challenges with disorder eating. I primarily work with older adolescents (16+) and adults.
