Life can often bring these feelings, and I’m here to help you navigate its complexities. Managing anxiety and depression can be challenging, especially when you're unsure of the underlying causes. Have you ever imagined what life would be like with reduction of stress/grief? Picture living the life you truly desire. What would it look like? Working together can help foster a sense of purpose and having someone support you through that can be empowering. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, and EMDR. With a focus on trauma, I believe that everyone has experienced some form of trauma, and that it can have a unique impact on each person. We can work together to help you learn more about yourself and your journey, and to develop a greater sense of understanding and compassion.
